I made a big tray of my Vietnamese Shrimp Spring Rolls with peanut sauce, but I modified the portions for the recipe to be smaller in my peanut dipping sauce because I made I big batch for a lot of people. The ingredients are 1 tbsp avocado oil, 1oz minced shallots, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1/2 cup of water, 1 tbsp of palm sugar or 1/2 tbsp table sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, 3 tbsp peanut butter, 2 tbsp of hoisin sauce and 1/2 cup of milk or more depending on desired consistency. | My Healthy Dish
