【肉絲蛋炒飯】 肉絲蛋炒飯是一道經典使用簡單的食材，就能做出你記憶中最美味的一碗飯！炒過的豬肉加上炒蛋蓬鬆的口感，米飯與這幾樣豐富的口感結合，鬆軟、粒粒分明同時帶有鍋氣的一盤完美炒飯就完成了！ 這次使用自己開發的鐵鍋，真心是將我所有的願望一鍋入魂！鍋子夠深同時保有寬敞平底，炒飯煎蛋都不是問題！輕量化的小尺寸，女生也能輕鬆單手舉起，洗鍋不是問題（腕力較小的，還有另外設計一個弧形手把，煮好湯也能輕鬆從廚房拿到餐桌！）免開鍋、好保養都是重點，不多說了，日後再細細跟你們介紹它的魅力❤️ / 📍食材 雞蛋---2顆 白飯---1人份（約1碗） 豬肉絲---30g 油---適量 蔥花---適量 ☆調味料 醬油---1茶匙 雞粉---1茶匙 鹽胡椒---適量 📍作法 1.先將鐵鍋加熱，倒入油。（判斷鐵鍋預熱方法請見短片） 2.將豬肉灑上較多的鹽胡椒調味後翻炒。 3.豬肉炒熟後，加入雞蛋並稍微拌勻。 4.雞蛋呈半熟狀態時加入白飯（隔夜飯請先微波復熱），一起翻炒。 5.等米飯炒至鬆散後，加入鹽胡椒與雞粉調味。 6.沿著鍋邊淋入醬油，炒出香氣。 7.最後加入蔥花，簡單拌炒即完成。 📍小撇步 可依個人
