分享給大家這道鮮嫩爽滑的純素麻辣豆腐，做法簡單易學！ #純素麻辣豆腐 #鮮嫩 #爽滑 #fblifestyle 【純素麻辣豆腐】 食材： 嫩豆腐 鹽、生抽、素蚝油、白糖 麻油（花椒油） 香菇水 香菇 植物油 姜末 清水 豆瓣醬 豆豉 澱粉水 做法： 1. 一坨嫩豆腐把它切成小方塊，鍋中燒水，下一勺鹽，放入豆腐焯水2分鍾，去掉豆腥味，瀝乾水分，放在一旁備用。 2. 泡發的香菇把它取出來擠乾水分，泡香菇的水先不要倒，待會還有用，擠乾水分的香菇把它改刀切成細丁。 3. 起鍋熱油，把香菇粒炒香，隨後加入一點姜末一起翻炒，加一點點水、一勺豆瓣醬、一勺豆豉、兩勺生抽、一勺素蚝油、適量的香菇水、再來一點點麻油(花椒油)、適量的鹽、一小勺白糖，滑入嫩豆腐，大火燒開，蓋上蓋子焖2分鍾。 4. 開蓋，准備一碗澱粉水來勾個芡，芡汁分兩次倒入，先放一半，然後把水稍微的收乾，再放入另外一半，再次收汁。像視頻裏這樣裹得滿滿的就可以了。 5. 出鍋裝盤，鮮嫩爽滑，簡單美味又超級下飯的純素麻辣豆腐就做好了。豆腐的表面裹滿了醬汁，金黃的色澤非常的誘人，而且非常細嫩爽口。 | Irene素食秀
