One key aspect I have noticed over the years in blocking techniques is how the knees hit on the ground. In this clip, it shows a great "Glove down 1st" but our knees are "jumping down" instead of sliding down. We want to be quiter with our knees when they hit the ground. It'll help us stay connected in our movments and more smooth to the spot. It will show up more when we start movign laterally side to side.
