18 reactions | Water is always a huge variable. Even when making 100g. glaze tests I like to measure my water. It helps make sure our glazes are all going to apply consistently. Weighing water or trying to take specific gravity is a PITA, and but 60mL syringes work great! And you know what they say, “A gram is a milliliter the world around” 60mL is a good lower amount of water to begin with, as it is rarely too much and you can always add more. | Ceramic Materials Workshop | Facebook
