IDC’s annual results for 2023/24 demonstrate our commitment to supporting SA’s economy. In the wake of a challenging economic environment, the IDC disbursed R15.9 billion to support transformation, socio-economic and industrial development for the financial year ending 31st March 2024. Notably, funding for women entrepreneurs has surged from R1.1 billion recorded in the previous corresponding period to R11.4 billion.
